Introduction

This metal cold roll forming machine is designed to corrugate galvanised steel sheet or prepainted color steel sheet into C profile stud or U profile track. After the parameters setting on the PLC control system, this production line is making these steel framing panels automatically with a high speed. The steel stud and track sections made by this metal rollformer provide a durable, practical and lightweight structure for internal plasterboard walls and for specific external wall systems.

Roller: High grade No. 45 forged steel, plated with 0.05mm hard chrome on the surface of rollers
