General Introduction
This C-tile roof sheeting rollform machine adopts Misubishi PLC control system to automatically make C profiled roofing step tiles of any length within 99 meters. After the setting of parameters like panel length, step distance, panel quantity and so on, this metal C-tile roof sheets rollform production line will start to manufacture C-tiles with desired length and quantity. The rollers are made by No. 45 steel coated with hard chrome, so the rollers is very strong and the rollers surface is very smooth to make sure there is no scratch on the finished C-tiles with Chromadek or Colorplus steel coils.
