General Introduction

This metal rollformer machine is desinged with two rollforming layers which are making corrugated roofing sheets and IBR roofing sheets separately. This machine is also named as double layer roof sheet forming machine or double decker roof sheet forming machine. The advantage of this roll forming machine is that it will occupy less workshop compared with two separate roof machines. But the disadvantage is that this machine can not produce these two roof designs at the same time because the two rollforming layers share the same driving motor, cutter and PLC control system. So this double layer roof machine will be a good choice when the users' workshop space is limited.
